What is going to be different in the new Animal Crossing?

The one for 3DS. What be the differecne between it and Wild World & City Folk? I know you can jump in water. I heard a rumor you can bake pies but IDK if that's true? Are you guys insiders who know more than me???? Ploease share!!!!
