Ear problem for more than 6 years please help?

This is going to be hard to explain but if you know anything please help. Everytime when I sneeze or yawn my ear goes loud and if I say "mmmmm" I can hear alot of bass in my ear; the only way to solve this loudness is to pull my nose in. This is hard to explain but if you know anything please tell me. I thought this was normall but when I asked people if that happens to them they have no idea what I'm on about. Thanks.
