Havent gotten wife pregnant but not trying?

My wife and i have had unprotected sex for 10 years. Without being too graphic, i've never used a condom, she is not on birth control, but i've never ejaculated insider her during sex. however i did for the first time a week ago. I mean, does pre-semen not have the same chances of getting her pregnant over the years?
