Do xbox games have laws/regulations?

i know there are regulations e.g. adult content, but are there regulations regarding vision (e.g. the amount of flicker, amount of detail in game, contrast and colours of the game..which can relate to headaches and eyestrain; the vibration feedback which can make eyetremor), hearing (e.g. loudness of sound effects)?? There must be, but i cant seem to access any info. im looking at COD specifically. Thanks!!
