Loud neighbors in apartment?

I'm 15 and have a younger sister. My dad lives in an apartment and the people upstairs are soooo loud! We can't hear anyone else. But anyway the people upstairs never quiet down. My whole family has to get up at 6 am an our neighbors have 3 young kids so I know it bothers them too. It honestly sounds like the people upstairs are throwing bricks at the ground. They're always screaming, stomping, slamming doors. They will also have parties on weeknights that go until 3 or 4 am. They have the tv on in the middle of the night. We've asked them nicely to quiet down, but the loudness still occurs everyday. We talked to the land lord twice and nothing has been done. What should we do?
