How to get my kids to sleep in, in the morning?
we have a bedtime routine at night time between 7:30 and 8 and they go to bed great but my 6 year old wakes up between 5-6 in the morning and alot of the time wakes my two younger ones up as well with his loudness. i have tried to push that bedtime routine off later in the night like 9-10 but no matter what time they go to bed they wake up super early. how do i get it for them at least an hour or two longer. im a tired woman and i most definitly love my sleep. if i made breakfast at 8 am sharp every day instead of as soon as they wake up, do you think that would help them sleep in longer knowing they cant eat that early in the morning. they are well fed kids so i dont think it would hurt them or harm them in any way to do that but if its not gonna help then whats the point. i dunno im tired i want more sleep in the morning, also no matter if i go to bed way early 5-6 in the morning is way to early to me to be functioning. help me please.
