Why is it that I am FORCED to listen to rap music......?

At every stop light and in every parking lot against my will, black ppl are playing that junk way to loud and forcing ppl to listen to it, knowing that MOST of it has racial hatred themes against White ppl, it is sexist against White females, by calling them a White ho or a White *****, it always talks of crimes, is degrading to ALL White women, and it shows just how black men think of the White women they date, and it ALWAYS has cursing in it, and with that said cursing around children is a crime in MOST states (contributing to the delinquency of a minor). Most cities have a noise ordnance of after certain hours the loudness is suppose to cease, and above a certain decibel level is sound pollution. So why is it that I am FORCED to listen to rap music at every stop light and in every parking lot AGAINST my will?
