Where can I find good quality speakers to for a tv at a low price?

I am having people over to my house for a little tv watch party. The special is a concert so the goal is for it to be loud but good quality. The speakers on the tv seem to not please me with the loudness and quality. Are there any speakers out there that I could attach to improve the sound and make louder but not go over budget?
