What is your opinion on these subwoofers?

I am told that JL subwoofers are manufactured for sound quality, and I want quality over loudness. I am thinking of going with the JL W0v2 but i would like your opinions on it. Is that the best model JL for the price? also are there any other brands whos subs sound better?
