Suggestions plzz.....Sony Or Philips Home Theatre.....???? Plzz Help...!!!?

which music system has a better sound quality.....???i prefer sound quality than loudness of the sound.... and if i buy sony's music system can i use a Philips blu-ray player with it or vice-a-versa.....??? and which company has the best blu-ray player...??? price limit not more than Rs. 50,000/- any other company under this range other than bose.....??? and if u can any suggestions for the model.....???
