Playing on loudness low bad for subwoofers?

I have two Planet Audios 1000Watt peak hooked up to a mono-block 1500watt. Its also 1100watt rms. Ive noticed for some time on my head unit which is a pioneer, going through the options theres a Loudness and when I go into it theres 3 other options ( off,high,low) when im playing bass on off its not all that great but when i put it on low my subs are bumping alot more than before and the bass is insane! The question is, is playing on loudness Low bad for my woofers?
