MLB insiders club members?

Alright so I made a subscription to MLB Insiders Club about 1 and a half months ago. I've been getting the magazines and stuff but I was also supposed to be getting a team blanket, an All Star Game program, and a MLB guide. Well, today I got the blanket but no books! When will the other two things come?
