Is this paragraph correct?
While Dr. Liang may be the only one charged, perhaps with his position of power available to him led him to share information with others. The article demonstrates the pressure and need of Dr. Liang to meet his financial needs. Pressure is a component of the “fraud triangle” and adds to an increased risk of fraud. In addition, the article shows that Dr. Liang directly traded through several accounts held by people other then himself. When considering an employee who has valuable information and an expert who pays for it this constitutes as a kickback. Possibly, Dr. Liang owned all the other accounts listed in other names which would represent information for insider trading. Insider trading involves the sale or buying of stock by people who have knowledge about a company that is not available to the public.
