Did President Bush Know 9/11 was going to happen or was he out of the loop but joined the Insiders afterwards?

Bush almost certainly knew. He is a member of the Skull and Bones secret society. Bush actually got a loan from the Bin Laden family to start his first oil company. Bin Laden was a member of the CIA. The U.S. government got Bin Laden's relatives out of the U.S. very quickly when 9/11 happened. From what I hear, Bush is actually a satanist.
