Are US Govt Lying about the Death of Osama Bin Linden?

While there's always the possibility that the US Government is lying, I seriously doubt that bin Laden has been dead for many years. I'm sure if he HAD died during the junior Bush administration, we would have heard about it. Bush would have stood on the deck of an aircraft carrier in a flight suit with a " Mission Accomplished " banner behind him...oh wait, he did that one already...lol...
